Kelly Rowland does not play when it comes to riding for other women!
The Destiny’s Child star ended an interview because a reporter attempted to talk trash about Mariah Carey.

During an appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” Rowland speaks about her tribute to Carey at the 2012 BET Honors.
“Tribute? Mariah, definitely. Because I love and respect her so much,” said Rowland. “I’ve literally had an argument with a journalist over her because they were talking stuff about her. I was like ‘Oh no, this interview’s over. Get out.’ I ride for Mariah. I ride for Mariah.”
She also shares why she will not watch “Framing Britney Spears,” the documentary that talks about the ups and downs of the “Oops, I Did It Again,” singer’s life.
“I’m having a hard time in watching it, just because I really respect when artists actually say, ‘This is a documentary, it’s OK to watch it,'” continued Rowland. ” I respect their space and their privacy and their point of view, you know what I mean?”
Rowland would prefer to hear an artist’s story from their own mouth.
“And their story, what they feel like their story is from their brains, their hearts, their mouths in which they speak,” said Rowland. “So I kinda respect that, but everybody says that they really enjoy it, it’s great.”
We love to see our faves ride for their faves, shout out to Kelly Rowland for putting that reporter in their place!
