 2 oz whiskey
 ½ oz lemon juice
 1 oz honey syrup
 splash of peach liqueur
 2.50 grams orange Bitters
 2 oz cayenne Kombucha
 1.50 oz soda water
 2 very small lices brûléed peach for garnish

Pour whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup, peach liqueur and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.

Add clean ice to cocktail glass.

Pour mixture over ice.

Add Kombucha and soda water.

Garnish with brûléed peach slice.
